Here are some pictures of the factory plugs (2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with Alpine amp ), as you can see, there are only four lines for audio input.
So when you set the fader to Rear, it will have no sound. You need to select "All", then the sound can work well.
And Joying android 5.1 head unit for Jeep Dodge , it comes with a harness which with two connector, one is for basic model, the other one is for model with factory amplifier (with a label of AMP) . Please note this and use the correct connector.
If there is any problem after you installed Joying head unit, please contact us immediately, we will help you solve it.
And in order to solve the problem, we need your help and provide some information of your car. Hope your understanding and cooperation.

This is my picture from troubleshooting my issue. Just to clarify we used the amp side and still didn't get it to work with a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the Alpine premium upgrade. Audio comes through the regular speakers but the amp does not come on and the sub does not come on. Just to clarify this is the factory supplied amp, not an aftermarket amplifier and sub.
ReplyDeleteJoying has been very responsive, but as of yet the issue is not resolved. I think the issue lies with the Canbus adapter.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your message. This head unit doesn't support Alpine audio system, if you want to install it in your car, you need to buy adapter by yourself. I recommend PAC to you.
