Product Review from Joying Customer:
Great product, excellent customer service. After having a WinCE {so appropriately named! ;) } 6x HU (which would play only about 5% - 10% of my mp3 music) for 2 years, I have replaced it with one of these units. Although boot up takes a little longer (approximately 30 - 40 secs), it's more than worth it. I connected a 1 TB micro drive (via one of the two USB extension cables) filled with mp3 and video files, and it has played everything I've tried.

After a few weeks of use, I tried to trim the lcd display panel bevel to better fit my dash trim plate in my '09 Scion xB, and the touch control cable was inadvertently severed, and I contacted them to request a replacement panel, which they sent me. Then due to quirks with the internal connectors and the touch control cable not making a good connection, I thought that the trouble was probably with the new LCD panel, I again had to contact them, and was given a domestic service address where someone could check it. I was very regretful of my bad judgment, but very appreciative of their willingness to stand behind their product.

The screen is higher resolution (1024) than the old HU with 800, and it makes a very noticeable difference, especially with the backup camera.

Easily rooted if you're a geek and want to put on some app requiring that privilege. I may decide to add an external CD / DVD reader, which would connect via the other USB cable, but with the hard disk, I don't think that I'll miss CD's.

I do wish that it had a screen icon to turn off the display backlight for night time use, though. The apps I've tried installing have not been effective, even with root access.

Overall, it's great to have this addition to my car, and I highly recommend these people.
